Shout it from the Hill-Top

In Zambian Villages when one felt so offended that they had to let everybody know, they climbed up a hill-top and shouted out their grievances for the whole village to hear. It was a safe place to name and shame the offending party. This is our Hill-top where we shout out to the Global Village about the trials that the children of Africa are going through.
